DELIVERY

Deliveries are made by Chronopost with next day delivery before 13h00 for orders made by 12h00. If you cannot be present for the delivery, you can change the delivery time or collect the parcel from a Chronopost distribution point by following this link: https://www.chronopost.fr/fcl/acl.html.

 

We advise you to give your mobile phone number when you open your account so that you can be informed of your delivery by SMS. Chronopost will send you an SMS to arrange 2 hour time slot for the delivery. This time slot is for reference only and any delay in delivery cannot give cause for damages or interest.

 

The delivery address is the address given when you made your order. You can choose to have your order delivered to your place of work, to the house of a friend or neighbour, a distribution point, a post office or even to your hotel if you are staying in Francetemporarily.

 

Delivery is free in France(except to Corsica) for a minimum order of 150 €.

 

The parcel is considered to have been successfully delivered upon receipt of information from Chronopost through their control system.

 

Any delay in delivery must be notified as soon as possible by email to service.client@souleiado.com so that we can make enquiries with the postal services. You can also contact us by phone at 04.90.91.55.45 from 8h30 to 12h00 and from 13h00 to 16h30 if you have a delivery problem.

 

If the parcel is found, it will be dispatched immediately to the address shown on the delivery note. If the parcel is still missing after enquiries have been made, Souleiado will resend at its own expense the whole order to the customer.

FREE DELIVERY TO SHOPS

Nous disposons également d'un service de livraison gratuite en magasins. Vous pouvez consulter les adresses de nos boutiques ci-après : Liste des boutiques Souleiado.

 

Le délai de livraison en magasins est de 10 jours ouvrés.

 

Vous recevrez un email dès le départ de votre colis et la boutique vous préviendra par téléphone dès réception du colis. 

 

Les commandes retirées en magasin doivent être retournées en magasin, que ce soit pour un remboursement ou un échange. Vous ne disposerez pas de bon de retour dans vos colis. Nous n'acceptons pas de retour de colis en port dû, ni ne remboursons les frais de retours avancés par le client. 

UNAVAILABLE ITEMS

Dans le cas où certains produits seraient rendus indisponibles, Souleiado s'engage à rembourser le client, soit immédiatement sous la forme d'un avoir à utiliser sur le site, soit dans un délai de 15 jours, sur le compte débité lors du passage de la commande.

RÉCLAMATIONS

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of his order on delivery and if necessary to transmit his remarks in a clear and complete way on the delivery note, notably in the case of a damaged or missing article.

 

A written copy of the claim must be made to the transporter by registered mail with proof of delivery within three days following receipt of the order. A copy of the complaint sent to the transporter must also be sent to us within the same period at the following address :

In accordance with article L. 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 working days as from the delivery date of the order to return the product(s) which are not satisfactory. Damaged, soiled or incomplete articles will not be accepted.

 

The articles sold benefit from a warranty against hidden defects resulting from a fault in the material or conception making them unsuitable for normal use. The warranty does not apply in the case of misuse, negligence or lack of maintenance.

DELIVERIES ABROAD

Deliveries are now possible in the European Union countries, the United States and Canada. Just create an account on the online boutique and enter your postal address when paying. Transport costs will be calculated automatically.

 

Please note that we do not deliver perfume to countries outside the European Union.
