It’s as easy as this:

  • Click on "Create an account" in the top of the page or click here
  • Enter your last name, first name, email address and password
  • You can sign up for the newsletter at the same time
  • When you account has been created you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration on the website.


By adding your address to your account you can:

The Souleiado online boutique offers the same collections and commercial policy as the shops.

How do I find a product on the Souleiado website? Back to top

In the horizontal menu at the top of the website you will find our range of products Ready to wearAccessoriesHousehold linenTableware, as well as the Universe of Souleiado and the SHOP BY COLOR. You can also enter the product name in the search field in the top right hand corner of the website. When you are on the product page you can also use the filter to get results by colour, size or fabric.

What is the delivery time for products ordered on the website? Back to top

Products ordered on the website are usually available immediately and can be sent the same day if the order is made before midday, or the following day. However, in busy periods orders can take up to 7 days for a shop delivery. For more details about delivery please go to this page.


How do I order from the Souleiado online boutique? Back to top

Browse the website and add your favourite products to your basket, either by clicking on “Quick Purchase” on the product overview, or by going onto the product description page and clicking on "Add to the basket". Then go to your basket in the top right hand corner of the page and click on "Order" followed by "Pay my purchases". You will then be asked to log on if you are already registered on the website or create an account by clicking on "Create an account". After entering your invoice address and delivery address you can pay for your order by credit card on the CIC bank’s secure payment website.

InFrancewe deliver exclusively via the Chronopost delivery service before 13h00 the next day. For deliveries in the EU,United StatesandCanada, we use Chronopost International. Delivery time can vary between 1 to 10 working days depending on the destination. For orders and deliveries to other countries, please send a mail to us at

Which payment methods are accepted? Back to top

Payments on the website are made exclusively by credit card via the secure platforms of Paypal or the CIC. For payment via the CIC a 3D Secure code from your bank is necessary. For more information please go to this page.

Can my order be delivered to a Souleiado boutique? Back to top

Orders can be delivered to the boutique of your choice and delivery to shop sis free of charge. For orders made on the website from Tuesday to Sunday the orders are delivered on Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. You can see the list of boutiques here.

How can I track my order? Back to top

Log on to your customer account by clicking on "My account" and go to "My orders". You will be able to see at a glance from the table the status of your different orders on the online boutique.

"Awaiting payment": your payment has not been validated, you must renew your order via your dashboard, My orders and proceed to payment.

"Being processed": your order is being prepared by our logistics team and has not yet been sent to the transporter.

"Dispatched": your order has left our warehouse and is in transit with Chronopost. You can track its progress on the  Chronopost website, by giving the parcel number sent to you by e-mail.

Souleiado boutique: go to the boutique you have chosen during its opening hours (address, phone number and opening hours of boutiques). Don’t forget to print and present the email confirming the dispatch of your order and the invoice. For further details, click on the "see the order" link relating to the order you would like to see. You can then print the order form and the invoice.

How can I be sure my order has been successfully received? Back to top

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order as soon as your payment has been accepted. Another e-mail will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

Check that your order has been registered. You should have received confirmation of your order by e-mail following acceptance of your payment. If not, please contact the customer service department.

How can I return a product or order? Back to top

You have changed your mind? You are not satisfied with one of your items? You have two solutions:

  • Exchange the product: you have 15 jours from receipt of your order to send the product back. (See details) You can deposit the parcel at the nearest post office or collection point. You will find a list of the nearest collection points by looking here. You can also exchange the articles ordered on the website in our boutiques by firt sending us an e-mail to Orders collected from a boutique must be returned to the boutique. 
  • Ask for a refund: returns are free, just send us an email at the address with details of the return and use the return coupon sent with your parcel. When the products have been checked we will refund your order, including shipping costs, with either a credit note to use on the website or a refund within 14 days on the credit card used when the order was placed.
