Products can be returned within fifteen days after receipt, in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with the return coupon to the following address:

Returns are free of charge, you just need to send us a mail to the address service.client@souleiado.com  indicating the details of your exchange and use the return coupon enclosed in your parcel.

 

This only applies to orders delivered to your home address or a collection point. You can leave the parcel at the post office or collection point nearest to your home.

We do not accept returned parcels with postage due, and we do not refund any postal charges already paid.

When the products have been checked, we will undertake to exchange the product(s) or, if not, to refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping costs, either with a voucher to be used on the website or by refunding within 15 days the account debited when the order was made.

Orders returned after the 15 day period cannot be refunded.  A credit note will be credited to your customer account.

 

Orders delivered to shops2

Orders delivered to a shop must be returned to the shop for an exchange. Just send us an email so that we can send you either a refund or an exchange parcel, informing you of the delivery date of Un avoir vous sera crédité sur votre compte client. The exchange will then be made at the shop.

 

Shop exchanges

Products can also be exchanged in our shops, upon presentation of the invoice received by email, for the exchange of a product or products of an equivalent or superior price to the product or products bought on the website. You will find the list of shops here: List of boutiques. The shops do not refund or give credit notes for orders made by the internet. For that, just send us an email to service.client@souleiado.com so we can send the product you want to the boutique of your choice so that you can carry out the exchange.

 

Orders delivered abroad

Orders delivered outside France cannot be returned free of charge. Shipping costs will be payable by the customer.

We cannot exchange products delivered outside France. When you return a product, the amount of your order will either be recredited in the form of a credit note enabling you to make a new purchase (excluding shipping costs), or refunded to your credit card or Paypal account (excluding shipping costs).
